Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery of HR technology and process projects for People Operations, including HRIS implementations, system integrations, and process automation. Partner with People Ops, Finance, Legal, IT, and external vendors to translate business needs into technical requirements. Build project plans, risk logs, and stakeholder updates; manage configuration, testing, and rollouts; and drive documentation and change management to support sustainable adoption. Continuously identify HR ops gaps and propose improvements using process, automation, and AI.

•Lead planning, execution, and delivery of HR technology projects including HRIS implementations, system integrations, and process automation

•Partner with People Operations and Systems to manage configuration, testing, and rollout of new tools and workflows
•Drive process documentation and change management, and propose improvements using process, automation, and AI solutions

Key Requirements

•PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is a plus
