Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Build core machine learning foundations for agentic experiences, focusing on applied ML in production. You’ll design retrieval pipelines, indexing strategies, and model integration layers; operationalize RAG from embeddings to runtime retrieval; and create evaluation frameworks with offline metrics and continuous monitoring. Partner with backend, frontend, and product teams to productionize reliable, observable ML features, and contribute to improvements of the Nova agent framework using Mastra and TypeScript.
