Lead consumer specialist strategy and implementation for prepaid, debit, and credit card programs across the North West & Francophone Africa region. Drive execution plans with issuers, strategic partners, and industry organizations, and support cross-sell of Mastercard capabilities (e.g., Loyalty, Advisors, Emerging Payments). Provide consultative product expertise and guidance to internal teams and external customers, and evaluate business cases to prioritize product development that grows transactions and value.
