Key Responsibilities

  • •Strategically set up Meta-Ads (Facebook & Instagram), manage budgets, and optimize campaigns at a high level.
  • •Plan, structure, and analyze performance campaigns from the ground up and derive data-based optimization actions.
  • •Evaluate creatives (graphics, videos) strategically and provide clear feedback guidelines, working closely with design teams.
  • •Apply psychology behind successful ads to improve conversion rates.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or Media Buyer (freelance or employed).
  • •Experience managing accounts with annual spend in the multi-six-figure range.
  • •Fluency in German in spoken and written form.
  • •Reliable and structured work approach.
  • •A good eye for design.
