•Handover problems to 2nd line support, document and package all data relevant for resolution
•Perform repairs and standard service actions independently using tools and parts
•Prepare for procedures by arranging parts, tools, and information to be available at start
•Explain actions to users, train customers in use and routine maintenance, and recommend changes in user procedures

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
•Experience in the technical industry; semiconductor industry experience preferred
•Experience using computer applications including data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software
•Knowledge of product functionality of the main modules/sub-modules
