Key Responsibilities

  • •Write and update platform rules and internal guidance for tools and reviewers, including tricky edge cases.
  • •Investigate new forms of abuse (e.g., spam, scams, harassment, sensitive content) and recommend rule responses.
  • •Pull and analyze metrics to understand problem scope, enforcement effectiveness, and appeal outcomes.
  • •Use AI tools to speed policy and enforcement work, including queue sorting, summarization, pattern spotting, and challenging tool errors.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years working on content rules, Trust & Safety, or related work (law, regulatory work, investigative research), including experience writing policy.
