Key Responsibilities

•Lead Production Planning to ensure plans are executed in the assigned country/region to achieve optimal product availability considering manufacturing constraints across the supply chain.
•Collaborate with Tier1 planning teams to monitor day-to-day operations (capacity reliability, material delivery status, pull forward status, WIP accuracy, FGR accuracy).
•Ensure the order management process across all Tier1s within the assigned country/region are confirmed, planned, and tracked accurately.
•Verify bottlenecks on critical materials and implement collaborative solutions to improve Tier1 and Tier2 delivery performance and pull forward execution.
•Develop and lead a high-performing Production Planning team and roll out global initiatives within the assigned region.

Key Requirements

•University degree in the field of supply chain or related areas.
•Minimum 7+ years of relevant business experience.
•Fluent in English (written and spoken).
•Strong leadership skills and ability to work with multidimensional teams.
•Strong MS Office Skills.
