Job Summary

Legal Counsel will support Fever's production teams globally from Madrid HQ, advising on content development, event production, distribution, marketing, sponsorship, and talent engagements. You will own multiple projects, draft and negotiate agreements across jurisdictions, manage contract workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic legal guidance to enable rapid, compliant growth in the live events ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

•Draft, review, negotiate and advise on agreements across content development, event production, distribution, marketing, sponsorship, and talent engagements, while improving contract templates and processes.
•Identify legal risks, design mitigation strategies, and facilitate smooth execution of events and content initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
•Conduct legal research and deliver clear, actionable guidance to leadership and stakeholders.
•Manage diverse legal projects, oversee contract workflows, maintain legal databases, and assist with internal compliance including IP, data privacy, and regulatory matters.
•Support incident management and dispute resolution efforts with litigation specialists and coordinate stakeholder responses.

•US or UK qualified lawyer with 4+ years PQE in-house in the experience-economy or live production sector (top-tier law firm experience a plus)

•Ability to take ownership and prioritize multiple time-sensitive projects
•Excellent communication and collaboration with executives, business and creative teams
