Small Business Banking Representative

Assist specialists and internal partners across the market with customer calling activities, credit and portfolio requests, account management/maintenance, and community events. Use a consultative selling approach to retain and expand business relationships, support loan closings for vehicle and equipment loans, and help resolve customer maintenance needs by coordinating product experts. Review credit approval summaries and support cross-selling and early loan structuring while participating in community functions.
