•Assist the Head Sommelier and Restaurant Manager in curating and maintaining the wine list.
•Assist with wine service and guide guests through wine selections with thoughtful recommendations tailored to their tastes.
•Assist with staff wine knowledge and tastings, keeping the team informed and confident in their wine knowledge.
•Assist with wine inventory: ordering, receiving, tracking par levels, updating menus, and proper storage.
•Execute wine pairings for special menus, private events, and promotions.
