Job Summary

Lead full financial support for the Alabama Service Center site leadership team at the Foley, AL MRO facility, driving site operations through robust financial systems, controls, and reporting. Partner with the Aftermarket finance organization to develop strategic initiatives, business recommendations, and decision support. Own internal controls aligned to US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley, oversee compliance and audit readiness, and build forecasting tools covering sales, margin, profit, and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide finance leadership to support site operations, reporting the financial position appropriately through site and Aftermarket finance partnership.
•Serve as a business partner to support strategic decisions, investment rationalization, robust financial plans, and new business pursuits.
•Maintain internal financial controls aligned with US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley, coordinating compliance activities, audits, and monthly close deliverables.
•Develop and maintain planning systems and tools for Sales, Margin, Profit, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Forecasting, including overhead and manpower plans.
•Ensure business alignment to committed financial targets and deliver ad-hoc business analysis and technical guidance on contractual/accounting matters.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
•Experience with manpower planning, LE forecasting, OH analysis, and/or other operational metrics.
•Experience leading groups and/or teams.
•Experience as a business partner to a P&L owner or cost center owner.
•Experience (preferred) with US GAAP, SOX, and RTX requirements.
