Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex, multidisciplinary Building Engineering projects and coordinate engineering disciplines to deliver design solutions from project inception through delivery.
  • •Work with clients to understand needs, interpret requirements, document design assumptions and risks, and enable engineering teams to develop solutions.
  • •Own design management by defining scope, coordinating technical inputs, managing interfaces, and leading design reviews to meet client requirements and objectives.
  • •Manage project delivery across programme, financial performance, resourcing, financial governance, and the identification and management of scope changes, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Build relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing practical advice and working with project leadership to resolve project and technical challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years’ experience in Building Engineering with a strong technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Hydraulic or another relevant discipline.
  • •An engineering qualification, with Chartered status highly regarded.
  • •Proven experience across design management, project management, or both.
  • •Commercial and Contract Management experience, including scope, programme, financial governance, and change management.
  • •Strong client and stakeholder management skills with the ability to make decisions across complex projects.
