Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain recurring sales reports covering revenue, bookings, backlog, shipment status, and product- and customer-level performance.
  • •Build dashboards for forecast vs. actuals, supply allocation, and order fulfillment status, delivering actionable insights on trends, gaps, and risks.
  • •Support rolling forecasts with a 12–18 month outlook by consolidating demand inputs and identifying gaps between forecast, allocation, and actual orders.
  • •Monitor the order pipeline and backlog movement (PO status, CRD, MAD), including push-outs and cancellations, to support urgent deliveries and allocation prioritization.
  • •Maintain data accuracy in SAP, SFDC, and internal tools, and validate price changes, rebates, and program compliance against company policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Around 5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or Supply Chain Analysis.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI or similar tools.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • •Experience working with ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP or Salesforce is preferred.
  • •Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
