Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform bodywork on multiple panels including heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, and large-area heavy bodywork (including Bondo repair).
  • •Complete mid-level body repair tasks such as stud welding and extensive area bodywork as required.
  • •Maintain safe operation practices and use required personal protective equipment in the production environment.
  • •Work effectively in a high-throughput reconditioning center setting to prep vehicles for customers.
  • •Follow established processes for repairing and preparing low-mileage, late-model vehicles.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience performing bodywork on multiple panels.
  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may require an MVR check.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use safety equipment (face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments/equipment).
