Own the Provider Core product domain, shaping an AI-first care ecosystem that enables integrated, bidirectional referrals and interoperable information flow. You’ll build scalable partner onboarding and provider experiences, define referral and interoperability frameworks, collaborate across clinical, engineering, legal, compliance, and health plan stakeholders, and set success metrics for tooling readiness and automation of referral coordination.

Key Responsibilities

•Define an intelligent bidirectional referral framework that analyzes patient acuity and clinical notes to match members with appropriate care or partner providers.
•Build HIE and interoperability foundations by establishing protocols and infrastructure for secure, scalable data exchange.
•Own end-to-end integrated partner onboarding and activation, ensuring clinical data synchronization and care workflow alignment with external partners.
•Collaborate with clinical, engineering, legal, compliance, and health plan stakeholders to ensure data exchange protocols and provider tooling meet regulatory and clinical standards.
•Define and track domain success metrics including provider tooling readiness, referral coordination flow automation, and interoperability readiness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 122,400 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5+ years of product management experience, shipped products in health-tech such as provider tooling, care coordination, or EHR/interoperability.
•Proficient technical acumen: can discuss model latency, data pipeline architecture, and buy-vs-build trade-offs for AI integrations, and write robust non-functional requirements.
•Comfort using tools like Figma, Replit, or low-code environments to prototype and validate features.
•Experience bridging clinical risk/compliance guardrails with engineering execution.
•Relevant healthcare experience such as digital/behavioral health or care navigation, and familiarity with provider marketplace/referral network products and interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7).
