Job Summary

Lead overall production and maintenance operations at a precast concrete facility by fostering a culture of safety and ensuring employee accountability. Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership and direction for overall production and maintenance operations while fostering a culture of safety.
•Manage and coordinate daily/weekly production plans to meet delivery schedules and budgeted cost/efficiency expectations.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process improvements, including cost reduction and asset utilization.
•Oversee predictive/preventative maintenance programs and ensure asset reliability meets performance expectations.
•Ensure training, compliance (including OSHA training), inventory management, and communications for safe, quality precast production.

•Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 3+ years leadership experience in an industrial environment leading multiple departments.
