Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine accelerated aging tests and occasional analytical tests under supervision, including physical property, FTIR/UV-VIS spectroscopy, chromatographic testing (GC-MS/LC-MS/HPLC/GPC), and microscopy.
  • •Prepare samples; collect and record data accurately; complete test reports for R&D projects following standard procedures.
  • •Utilize ELN/LIMS systems to curate reports, maintain databases, and assist with developing SOPs.
  • •Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair lab machinery during breakdowns; maintain lab equipment and calibration/maintenance records, resolving issues internally or via external vendors.
  • •Interface with technical teams to conduct testing and provide results, ensuring on-time completion while complying with safety and quality procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Forensic Sciences, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or related discipline (preferred).
  • •Minimum 1-2 years of lab experience.
  • •Experience operating and maintaining weathering and accelerated aging test equipment (plus).
  • •Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills; ability to repair/resolve issues and maintain lab equipment.
  • •Excellent hands-on experimentation skills with strong communication, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
