Job Summary

Lead and support Project Managers on large-scale municipal construction programs, coordinating civil design scopes across planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout. Partner closely with owners, consultants, and contractors to deliver client services at the highest level. Prepare project documentation, manage external design consultants, review design RFPs, and oversee key commissioning coordination, including possible SOX control responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Support assigned Project Manager(s) or Project Director and interact frequently with owners/clients, consultants, design professionals, and contractors.
•Assist Project Manager(s) in managing, coordinating, and administering civil scopes through all phases of design and construction.
•Prepare and support project deliverables including reports, schedules, invoices, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes/agendas, daily reports, change orders, inspections, closeout, and client presentations; maintain project data in project management software.
•Manage external design consultants through the design and construction process and communicate design standards to internal and external partners.
•Oversee commissioning of electrical scopes, coordinate for project completion, manage multiple fast-paced projects, and apply SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Provide support and report to assigned Project Managers/Project Director and work effectively with owner/clients, consultants, design professionals, and contractors.
•Experience in project management for large-scale construction programs and leading pre-construction/design processes.
•Extensive prior experience working as a CM for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) or managing CMAR contracts.
•Experienced in civil design and prior commissioning experience.
•Strong proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and the MS Office suite; excellent presentation and client-facing communication skills.
