Key Responsibilities

  • •Support weekly/monthly analysis of major business KPIs across the LOB/SBU view, including P&L, working capital, and cash metrics, with variance driver analysis.
  • •Support and coordinate the STRAP/AOP process from a financial perspective in partnership with business and ISC.
  • •Develop estimating processes for midterm outlooks and contribute to quarterly short-range outlooks and summaries of risks and opportunities.
  • •Coordinate and support Finance aspects of the Capex process with Pole/Global Finance.
  • •Partner on special projects and ad hoc financial analyses as assigned, ensuring compliance with corporate statutory laws and Honeywell policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with SAP and working knowledge of key financial processes (FP&A/MIS).
  • •Working knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance.
  • •Strong written and oral communication skills to present insights clearly to management.
  • •Strong influencing, independent judgment, and assertive execution with minimal supervision.
  • •Experience supporting commercial site FP&A and/or estimating and outlook processes is preferred.
