Key Responsibilities

•Deliver client-facing selection and assessment projects, including job analyses, selection process design, validation/adverse impact studies, and creation of technical reports.
•Manage client relationships and service expectations, providing practical project management and world-class expertise.
•Identify client needs and emerging talent challenges to develop recommendations, proposals, and solutions that grow accounts.
•Contribute to new business development by partnering across solution lines and shaping value propositions for Aon solutions.
•Explore AI-enabled innovation in assessment discovery, design, delivery, reporting analytics, and client experience.

Key Requirements

•Ph.D. in I/O (ABD acceptable) or a Master’s degree in I/O.
•2+ years developing and validating selection procedures, including managing projects and project teams and/or delivering leadership assessment services.
•2-3 years as an internal or external consultant (including internships) delivering Talent Management or Talent Acquisition services to internal or external customers.
•Demonstrated expertise in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and evidence-based approaches to talent, assessment, and organizational effectiveness.
•Ability to communicate complex information clearly and convey validation results to non-technical audiences.
