Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee revenue and billing accounting functions for the Gulf Liquids Region of the Terminal division.
  • •Perform monthly billing functions and related credit memos.
  • •Review and analyze contracts related to the recording of revenue for the region.
  • •Apply revenue recognition criteria using ASC 606 and 842 for contractual arrangements and related analysis/disclosure.
  • •Assist with monthly SOX reporting, audit requests, and participate in monthly close with limited journal entry responsibilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Three years or more of billing or revenue accounting experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
  • •Working experience with customer contract preferred.
  • •Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills with proficiency in business writing.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Lawson is a plus.
  • •Excellent account reconciliation and research skills; able to multitask, be detail oriented, and strongly organized.
