Lead Infant Teacher

Lead a mixed-age infant classroom (ages 0–3) in a Montessori environment designed to support each child’s natural development. Prepare and maintain a calm, orderly prepared space; observe children closely; and follow their individual rhythms for sleeping, eating, and toileting. Encourage independence through child-led care activities while building warm relationships with children and families, partnering with parents and collaborating with your classroom team.
