Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and implement Malaysia growth product solutions across Visa’s emerging and strategic consumer capabilities, including flexible credentials, agentic commerce, and stablecoin-related solutions.
  • •Lead development of go-to-market plans by identifying use cases, value propositions, and commercialization opportunities with clients.
  • •Drive market strategy, client engagement, and commercialization for Visa Flexible Credentials, including cardholder choice and issuer enablement.
  • •Lead commercialization of Visa’s issuing and acceptance product solutions to enable seamless consumer payments and expanded acceptance for sellers/micro-merchants.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ecosystem partners to shape roadmap and solution design, localize for Malaysia’s regulatory/client/consumer landscape, and execute go-to-market.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8+ years of payments industry experience with progressively responsible business roles.
  • •Extensive experience designing, developing, and launching payments products in Malaysia.
  • •Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, including extracting/manipulating data to develop insights with limited data.
  • •Demonstrated leadership with the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
