Job Summary

Technical Analyst overseeing and driving the technical aspects of products, projects and initiatives for APAC. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, and ensure successful delivery while guiding testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. A strong communicator with systems-thinking, you’ll liaise with regional architects, product managers, and business owners to align technical solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and drive the technical aspects of products, projects and initiatives.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document end-user requirements and develop functional specifications for system modifications.
•Liaise with regional architects and product managers to ensure requirements fit core platforms and potential product enhancements.
•Prepare and review testing documentation, including test scripts, and participate in deployments of enhanced or new products.
•Support allocated systems to ensure SLA compliance and contribute to continuous improvements and reduction of technical debt.

Key Requirements

•5+ years demonstrated IT experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
