Maintain the grounds complex under the Environmental Manager’s supervision, including tasks like delivering mail, picking up trash, cleaning spills, operating a parking lot sweeper, and cleaning parking lots, outside waiting areas, and smoke rooms. Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials while working outdoors in extreme temperatures and dusty/smoky/foul-odor environments, using required PPE and meeting physical lifting and carrying requirements.
