Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the go-to partner for getting CAPEX right by reviewing purchase requisitions/orders and determining proper capital vs. expense treatment.
  • •Work through complex capitalization entries and reconciliations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize in-service assets.
  • •Prepare and reconcile assigned monthly and year-to-date PP&E roll-forwards across consolidated and unconsolidated legal entities.
  • •Support monthly reporting and fluctuation analysis and assist with audit and due diligence requests.
  • •Contribute to team performance management, goal setting, professional development, and drive process improvements and efficiencies.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of fixed asset accounting experience combined with general ledger accounting experience.
  • •3–6 years of experience managing and developing teams.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
  • •Strong working knowledge of GAAP as it relates to CAPEX vs. OPEX determinations.
  • •Familiarity with internal controls, SOX compliance, and accounting best practices.
