Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate strategic projects and priority initiatives in collaboration with Content, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, and Product teams
•Organize and lead follow-up meetings with leadership teams, preparing agendas, action items, and executive reports
•Monitor and manage the company’s OKRs, supporting leaders in setting, tracking, and reviewing quarterly objectives and key results
•Prepare executive presentations with performance results and key metrics for senior management and strategic partners
•Support the design and implementation of new planning processes and operational routines focused on efficiency, prioritization, and high-impact outcomes

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
•Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken) is mandatory

•Familiarity with financial concepts and performance metrics (KPIs)
