Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate strategic projects and priority initiatives in collaboration with Content, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, and Product teams
  • •Organize and lead follow-up meetings with leadership teams, preparing agendas, action items, and executive reports
  • •Monitor and manage the company’s OKRs, supporting leaders in setting, tracking, and reviewing quarterly objectives and key results
  • •Prepare executive presentations with performance results and key metrics for senior management and strategic partners
  • •Support the design and implementation of new planning processes and operational routines focused on efficiency, prioritization, and high-impact outcomes

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • •Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken) is mandatory
