Key Responsibilities

•Lead mechanical design across R&D projects, from concept to full-scale development, as a technical focal point for design decisions.
•Produce mechanical design deliverables including 3D models, drawings, prototype manufacturing, and production transfer.
•Develop solutions that optimize performance, service, manufacturability, and cost.
•Conduct required analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and maintain detailed mechanical design documentation.
•Own mechanical risk identification, mitigation plans, and participate in design reviews while collaborating with local and global teams.

Key Requirements

•B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
•5+ years of experience in mechanical design as part of multi-disciplinary systems or products.
•Experience with CREO / Pro E or equivalent professional CAD systems.
•Experience designing metal components and assemblies, including high-precision casted and machined parts and tolerance analysis.
•Experience with high-standard documentation, including specification and mechanical design documents and test protocols.
