Job Summary

Perform light-duty vehicle repairs and maintenance as an Auto Maintenance Tech I in a non-remote Cox location. Diagnose and service systems including oil/filter changes, battery testing and electrical work, brake/steering/suspension repairs, tire and safety inspections, and AC evacuation and recharge. Maintain compliance with procedures and regulations for recyclables and fluids, use approved vendors for parts, and support continuous skill growth in a hands-on shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform light-duty repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles.
•Handle routine maintenance tasks such as oil and filter changes, fuel filter changes, transmission flushes, spark plugs, and vehicle inspections.
•Test, maintain, replace, and repair starting/charging electrical systems and batteries.
•Diagnose and repair brake systems, steering and suspension systems, and handle tire and safety inspections.
•Perform AC evacuation and recharge, maintain equipment, obtain parts from approved vendors, and comply with procedures for recyclables, fluids, tires, and trash.

Salary: USD 22.07 - 33.13 hourly
