Software Engineer, Customer Engineering

Build and scale customer integrations and internal engineering products that connect biopharma and biotech workflows directly to Benchling. You’ll partner with customers to understand complex scientific processes, own projects end-to-end from design to production rollout, and strengthen APIs and the developer platform. Work hands-on with testing frameworks and CI/CD to improve Customer Engineering tooling and best practices, helping mature engineering processes as the team grows.
