Key Responsibilities

  • •Support multiple ASIC development programs by coordinating execution, tracking deliverables, and enabling collaboration across engineering teams.
  • •Track milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, deliverables, status reports, dashboards, and execution metrics across multiple projects.
  • •Coordinate activities among ASIC, Software, and Business Operations teams, including global stakeholders.
  • •Support Program Managers throughout each phase of ASIC program execution and drive follow-up and accountability to complete actions on time.
  • •Develop AI-powered tracking tools and automation solutions to improve project visibility and streamline program management methodologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in project management, PMO, program coordination, or similar roles with project management and reporting tools.
  • •Experience developing or working with AI agents, AI automation tools, or AI-powered productivity solutions.
  • •Demonstrated stakeholder management and communication across cross-functional teams.
  • •Ability to organize complex work, learn quickly, and drive execution with ownership and accountability.
