Job Summary

Join Zurich Global Employee Benefits Solutions as a Senior Captive Underwriter, acting as a primary technical point of contact for complex new and renewal cases. Support sales with proposals and win new customers, help implement newly acquired captives by setting up reinsurance programs, and underwrite onboarding and renewals through the ZGEBS network to meet profitability targets. Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to RFP processes with sales by bringing technical expertise to ZGEBS proposals.
•Support captive implementations by setting up reinsurance programs, including agreement wording and credit risk matters.
•Provide underwriting support for captives’ onboarding and renewals through the ZGEBS network while meeting profitability targets.
•Perform disciplined risk assessment for new and renewal business within your customer portfolio.
•Promote ZGEBS captive expertise externally through finalist presentations, conferences, and regular engagement with captive customers; also help develop the captive proposition.

Key Requirements

•6-8 years of practical experience underwriting employee benefit schemes for Life and/or Health business.
•Degree in mathematics, finance, or similar.
•Ability to understand new technical information and analyze datasets used for pricing.
•Strong analytical and technical skills with a high degree of accuracy.
•Experience communicating technical topics with customers and stakeholders, including sales and operations.
