Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as an Electronics Technician on assigned projects, working independently or with a small team.
  • •Support federal agencies with migration, upgrades, and installation of physical security infrastructure at electrical substation facilities.
  • •Install electronic and technical security systems to DoD and DoS guidelines and requirements.
  • •Read, interpret, and draw electrical/electronic/electro-mechanical schematics and follow wiring guidelines.
  • •Perform maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and testing of security wiring and power circuits.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a US Citizen able to obtain and maintain a customer clearance.
  • •Current and valid Driver’s License (company vehicles may be driven).
  • •2 years of hands-on experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and servicing IDS, PACS, and IP video surveillance systems.
  • •High School Diploma or equivalent, or military electronics/communications technician course graduate (or 5+ years of technical experience installing electronics/electrical systems).
  • •Experience installing security systems such as intrusion detection, access control, CCTV/security cameras, intercom, mass notification, and low-voltage electrical systems.
