Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive Agile team execution within the value stream to deliver aligned, high-paced, and sustainable outcomes against OKRs.
  • •Support Product Owners with prioritisation and define the delivery construct for the value stream.
  • •Lead the go-to-market change delivery plan with Markets, including run-ahead activities and change & implementation.
  • •Identify, manage, and proactively control delivery risks, dependencies, and resourcing hotspots across the value stream.
  • •Own value stream budget and financial management; ensure governance approvals and deliver value stream reporting (OKR and QBR tracking/management).

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading teams, developing capability, and managing performance.
  • •8–10 years’ experience with Agile & Lean frameworks, change management frameworks, and project management.
  • •Experience supporting organisational governance (local and regional) and working across geographies/time zones with remote teams.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage operations planning and/or financial management in change or transformation contexts.
  • •Familiarity with tools including Pioneer, Discover, GPDM, Clarity, HIBS, Jira, and Confluence; fluent English (C1).
