Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and execution of outbound transportation strategies focused on service, speed, and cost optimization.
  • •Independently manage transportation projects and workstreams from planning through implementation.
  • •Develop transportation analyses, reporting, and performance scorecards; monitor KPIs and identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • •Support transportation execution across fulfillment channels including eCommerce fulfillment, returns, ship-from-store, and retail store delivery programs.
  • •Resolve transportation disruptions and escalations, maintain routing configurations and system business rules, and lead transportation process improvements.

Salary: USD 69,120 - 86,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related discipline (equivalent experience considered).
  • •3+ years of experience in parcel, final-mile, and/or omnichannel fulfillment operations.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret large datasets and deliver actionable insights.
  • •Knowledge of carrier operations, service levels, pricing structures, and transportation performance metrics.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (AI, Tableau, Power BI) and enterprise platforms such as SAP, Infor Nexus, or Manhattan/PKMS.
