  • •Direct manufacturing and material handling activities and ensure compliance with safety policies and programs (including lockout/tagout).
  • •Train and supervise hourly employees; administer plant rules/procedures and handle hiring/disciplinary recommendations as needed.
  • •Maintain quality standards and drive continuous improvement through effective leadership, supervision, and follow-up.
  • •Report end-of-shift production, downtime, maintenance, quality deviations, material movement, and workforce issues; support labor and manufacturing cost reviews and implementation of approved changes.

Key Requirements
