Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the inventory system roadmap: plan enhancements, draft BRDs/PRDs, and deliver end-to-end through UAT to release.
  • •Lead UAT cycles by defining test plans, executing QA, and signing off before deployment.
  • •Troubleshoot system issues and build self-service diagnostic scripts to reduce reliance on engineering.
  • •Drive ERP integration and build automated data pipelines for migrations and reconciliation.
  • •Implement automation and AI-driven workflows for finance operations (e.g., JE generation, bank reconciliation, data extraction, reporting, exception handling).

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified accountant with multi-currency accounting experience (CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent).
  • •8–10 years in FinTech, financial services, or fast-moving tech environments.
  • •Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Workday, NetSuite) including integrations or migrations.
  • •Proven experience leading UAT for finance or enterprise systems and signing off before deployment.
  • •Strong hands-on ability to build tools and scripts independently (Python, SQL, and/or VBA) and use AI tools (LLMs, copilots, RPA) for automation.
