Key Responsibilities

  • •Process teller counter service transactions (cash deposits/withdrawals, drafts, telegraphic transfers, standing orders, foreign currency purchase/sale, cheques, etc.) in line with policies; liaise with Treasury to obtain best rates for VIP/high net worth customers.
  • •Cross-sell or identify and refer product inquiries from prospective customers to Sales staff.
  • •General reconciliation & control activities.
  • •Act as one of dual custodians for branch vault cash and security stationery; assist HOP as the second custodian for dual control.
  • •Cash reconciliation and balancing; end of day balancing; general filing.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks.
  • •Knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Banking products & services.
  • •Knowledge of UAE banking regulations issued by the Central Bank of UAE.
  • •Computer skills.
  • •Knowledge of Cross Sales.
