Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day publishing, scheduling, and content tagging across social and editorial channels to ensure accurate, consistent, on-brand delivery.
  • •Maintain the social and editorial content calendar and manage channel housekeeping (icons, bios, links, pinned posts, story highlights, descriptions) for campaign and trading periods.
  • •Collaborate with the Community Manager where relevant to align published content and community engagement into a coherent brand story.
  • •Support the Senior Social Manager with interpreting briefs and building detailed comms plans aligned to channel strategy, including briefing creative teams and external agencies.
  • •Monitor social performance metrics (engagement, reach, saves, shares, view rate) and translate learnings into actionable improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •1 to 3 years’ experience in a social media or content role, ideally within fashion, retail, or a fast-paced brand environment.
  • •Strong understanding of major platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest, and how content performs across them.
  • •Hands-on experience supporting campaign delivery, including talent-led and partner brand social activity.
  • •Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects, briefs, and deadlines without losing quality.
  • •Comfortable using performance insights to inform decisions and improve output.
