Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Engineering teams with identification, selection, and procurement of electronic and mechanical components, coordinating with vendors to meet technical requirements and timelines.
  • •Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to monitor component lifecycle events (e.g., End-of-Life, Product Change Notifications) and track changes to prevent supply chain disruptions.
  • •Execute component qualification plans by organizing documentation, tracking testing progress, and ensuring alternative/new parts meet quality and functional standards before production integration.
  • •Maintain accurate BOM records and manage technical documentation within PLM/ERP systems.
  • •Serve as a primary point of contact for suppliers for quotes, lead times, and technical datasheets.

Key Requirements
