Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits with minimal supervision across international jurisdictions, delivering an excellent offboarding experience.
  • •Provide trusted guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
  • •Independently lead and facilitate client and external employee meetings, including workforce reduction consultations, hearings, and negotiations in separations and settlements.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders and ensure compliance in offboarding activities and audits, drafting and administering termination and supplementary documents while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
  • •Act as first point of informal escalation for employee relations cases and identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and product development.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven ability to independently manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline approaches, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills to lead difficult conversations to a positive outcome while maintaining confidentiality.
  • •Business-level advanced proficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages considered a plus).
