Lead strategic development for On Trade channel initiatives to strengthen brand presence across bars, restaurants, and venues. Generate insight through deep customer understanding and consolidate learnings from executions, customer/shoppers feedback, commercial teams, and distributors. Approve annual trade strategy, growth drivers, and compelling channel plans using RGM levers, while partnering with stakeholders across the end-to-end planning cycle to ensure effective campaign execution.
