Key Responsibilities

•Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
•Oversee opening and closing procedures and educate team members on products and promotions.
•Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and ensure store deadlines and follow-up on daily activities.
•Assist across store departments including consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
•Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotions, and cleanliness/recovery standards while following asset protection procedures.

Key Requirements

•2–3 years of total retail experience, with a preference for prior store leadership roles.
•Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance.
