Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop market-competitive total rewards programs aligned with SAP’s business strategy.
  • •Build compensation frameworks from structure design to implementation for global consistency and local relevance.
  • •Develop program models, conduct market analyses, and produce clear recommendations for senior P&C and business leadership.
  • •Collaborate across total rewards pillars and regional teams to close design gaps and scale best practices.
  • •Manage rewards initiatives end-to-end by coordinating milestones, timelines, and multiple workstreams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in HR) preferred.
  • •6–8+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or a related field, focused on compensation and rewards design in a global environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of executive and non-executive compensation, bonus plan design, equity programs, global compensation frameworks, compensation benchmarking, budgeting, and compliance.
  • •Ability to lead enterprise-wide rewards initiatives from design through implementation, managing timelines, milestones, and multiple workstreams.
  • •Fluent in English (written and spoken).
