Job Summary

Maintain, repair, align/calibrate, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment and instrumentation at the terminal. Diagnose issues across pumps, motors, control valves, meters, and SCADA systems; maintain electrical equipment including PLC-based controllers and fire control systems. Keep DOT-required records, CMV logs, and maintenance documentation, support inspections and regional projects, and train other technicians while maintaining a strong safety focus.

Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and calibrate pumps, motors, control valves, meters, gauges, tank gauging equipment, and SCADA interfaces.
•Maintain and repair electrical equipment including switchgear/substation equipment, motor control centers, control systems, pressure transmitters, alarm systems, PLC-based controllers, and related safety devices.
•Maintain DOT-required documentation, maintenance and repair records, and accurate CMV logs.
•Assist with training other technicians and support regional/corporate projects including preoperational testing, startup, and commissioning.
•Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, maintain lubrication schedules, coordinate with vendors on equipment, and serve as a floating technician as needed.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or technical school degree (or equivalent) preferred.
•Able to read and understand electrical schematics/ladder diagrams and mechanical drawings/aerial strip maps; maintain as-built drawings.
•Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of refined petroleum products pipeline systems and terminal/station equipment.
•Knowledge of occupational hazards, safety precautions, and DOT requirements for calibration and maintenance records; ability to support safety inspections and reports.
•Hold a current valid state driver’s license and pass the Commercial Motor Vehicle physical; obtain a TWIC card if required by location.
