Job Summary

Own and manage the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) ecosystem, translating business needs into clear technical requirements and coordinating implementation with Allianz Technology India. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve digital customer journeys and conversion flows, while supporting, guiding, and training internal users on CMS usage and best practices. •Ability to operate independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and communicate clearly in an international environment.
•Experience in e-commerce, customer journey optimization, or digital conversion-focused environments (strong plus).
