•Architect enterprise-wide career frameworks, including internal mobility, career pathing, and tools for consistent talent decisions.
•Establish forward-looking talent strategies linking career growth to business capabilities and workforce planning.
•Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to shape alignment on complex talent topics.
•Develop talent mechanisms (e.g., success profiles) and drive change management so leaders and employees adopt new career, growth, and mobility practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 205,000 annually
