Key Responsibilities

  • •Source, negotiate, and lead strategic partnerships with banks, asset managers, funds, and others using your network and organizational resources.
  • •Own institutional growth goals by expanding adoption and business outcomes, identifying opportunities for volume, distribution, and mutual success.
  • •Translate market signals into company strategy and lead complex cross-functional initiatives to move high-priority opportunities from idea to closing deals.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, sales, strategy, or related roles in fintech, payments, capital markets, or financial infrastructure.
  • •Proven success developing and closing complex, high-impact partnerships with large financial institutions or enterprise customers.
  • •Experience building a new business/market/customer segment or GTM motion (not only operating within an established sales organization).
  • •Strong understanding of how banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, fintechs, payments companies, and other financial institutions evaluate and adopt new technologies.
  • •Experience with crypto/DeFi/tokenization, stablecoins, quant trading, or related emerging infrastructure; plus comfort leading partner negotiations and executive relationships.
