Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the end-to-end asset management lifecycle for hardware assets, including managing leased assets.
  • •Create and update asset records in the asset database across the asset lifecycle.
  • •Configure and support HAM Pro workflows for asset transfers, audits, contract and warranty management, and lifecycle automation.
  • •Integrate HAM Pro with discovery sources (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, ServiceNow Discovery, Jamf, Device42) to improve inventory accuracy.
  • •Produce operational dashboards, KPI reports, compliance metrics, and monthly/ad-hoc asset reports while driving continuous process improvements aligned with ITIL best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • •3+ years of ITAM experience with hands-on HAM Pro administration.
  • •Experience managing hardware assets including audits, lifecycle updates, reporting, reconciliation, and workflow execution.
  • •Good understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow administration.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Excel and Access for reporting and dashboards.
