Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote and foster a positive quality culture across the project team and organization.
  • •Lead and oversee QA/QC activities to ensure compliance with project quality requirements, Wood standards, and cost/schedule targets.
  • •Develop, maintain, and update the Project Quality Plan (PQP), plus quality templates, work instructions, and process documentation.
  • •Review and approve key project deliverables and supplier documentation; oversee fabrication, testing, inspection, and monitoring of subsea equipment.
  • •Coordinate resolution of nonconformance (NCRs) and corrective actions (CARs), conduct audits, run lessons learned, and compile quality KPIs for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •University bachelor’s degree is required.
  • •Minimum 10 years quality experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • •Strong working knowledge of industry standards including ISO 9001, API Q1, and applicable API specifications.
  • •Minimum 5 years experience in equipment manufacturing for the Oil & Gas sector.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
